You N Me Baby, ridden by Don Crumpler (pictured), and Dos Skeetin Scoot, under Tommy Marvin, both scored 216.5 in the finals of the 4-year-old Open at The Non-Pro Cutting in Oklahoma City today.

You N Me Baby, sired by Smart Mate, had previously earned money as an NCHA Futurity Open semi-finalist and an NCHA Super Stakes Non-Pro Limited finalist under owner Mike Jones, Cushing, OK. Dos Skeetin Scoot, by Smart Lil Scoot, earned her first check as a limited age event finalist under owner Deb Herold in the amateur division of The Non-Pro.

Gypsy By Starlight, ridden by Tim McCloud, was the clear winner with 219.5 points in the 5/6-year-old finals; Cats Special Girl earned reserve with 217 under Andy Sherrerd. McCloud rides Gypsy By Starlight for JoAnn Parker, Weatherford, TX, who owns the gelding’s sire, Starlights Gypsy. McCloud’s wife, Julie, rode Gypsys Little Oak and Gypsys Little Gal, by Gypsys Starlight, to split third and fourth in the 4-year-old non-pro division of the show last weekend.
