Colt Moore of Williston, Florida, marked 224.5 on Highbrow Nadine to win the third round of the NYCHA Senior Youth World Finals on Wednesday, claiming victory in the show, as well as in the year-end World Championship race.

Moore posted scores of 225, 216.5, and 224.5 for a winning cumulative score of 666, and 12 points earned in the World Finals. That gave him 126 points for the World Championship.

Moore has earned over $131,000 in NCHA competition. He’s earned four NCHA National Championships and was reserve champion Non-Pro at this year’s NCHA Eastern Nationals.

His World Finals mount, Highbrow Nadine is a 7-year-old family-owned High Brow CD mare that has earned more than $97,000. On the way to his World Championship, he also rode Badazz Cat, Catscratch Sister, Goodness Its A Skeet, Highwood Dancer, I Love This Cat, Justa Dot Of Texas and Sweet Desesperado.

Mason Mefford of Edmond, Oklahoma earned 9 points riding Stop Toying With Me, a Dual Smart Rey gelding, for second place at the show.

Faith Farris of Midway, Texas, earned the Reserve World Championship with 106 points for the year. She rode Big Shoes To Phil, by High Brow Cat out of $1.4 million producer Tapt Twice, in the World Finals.
